Clarification and Retraction

As to the request of Law Offices of Doo & Chong sent on behalf of Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Phoenix TV) regarding our Feb 2-4 Event (“Event”), Dream Go Inc. (“Dream Go”) makes the following statement: 

1. Phoenix TV is not a sponsor of the Event and is not involved with the Event;
2. Phoenix TV has never granted Dream Go license to use Phoenix TV’s logo in connection with the Event;
3. Dream Go will apology if there is any misunderstanding that Phoenix TV is involved with or is a supporter of the Event.
