紫金论电美国爱荷华州立大学VenkataramanaAjjarapu电压稳定性实时监视和控制的新进展

“紫金论电”——智能电网保护和运行控制国际学术研讨会于8月12日在南京举行。美国爱荷华州立大学Venkataramana Ajjarapu教授在“系统安全分析与控制”分论坛上作了题为《Recent Advancements in Real Time Voltage Stability Monitoring and Control》的主旨报告。

Venkataramana Ajjarapu教授的报告首先介绍了电力系统短期电压稳定与长期电压稳定的基本概念,由于感应电动机和电力电子负载的渗透率越来越高,短期电压稳定性受到业界越来越多的关注;长期的电压稳定性涉及较慢的动作设备,时间尺度可能会延长到好几分钟。针对短期电压稳定,报告提出了一种基于PMU实时量测数据的在线量化分析方法。针对长期电压稳定,建议通过局部线性回归方法建立系统无功储备与电压稳定之间的关联关系进行分析。为满足系统长期电压稳定的实时监控需要,报告探讨了一种基于戴维宁等值电路的无功极限指标计算方法,该方法对于量测误差和坏量测数据具有很好的抗干扰性,便于运行人员在线应用。

Venkataramana Ajjarapu received his PhD degree from University of Waterloo, Canada in 1986. Currently he is David C. Nichol
as endowed professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Iowa State University. His research interests include power system voltage stability and security, computational techniques for power system dynamics and control. He is the Chair of IEEE Voltage Stability Working Group. He is an editor of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems. He received IEEE PES Technical Committee prize paper award for 2014. He is a Fellow of IEEE. He is the Site Director of Power System Engineering Research Center (PSERC) of Iowa State University.
