求学求职宾夕法尼亚大学医学院博后招聘

Faryabi Lab(https://faryabib.github.io) at the University of Pennsylvania is utilizing a systems biology approach to study the role of oncogenic Notch signaling in epigenetic dysregulation. Positions are available for both experimental and computational biologists to join our enthusiastic interdisciplinary team to dissect Notch transcriptional regulation and elucidate how this pathway reorganizes the tumor epigenome. We provide a rich multi-disciplinary training environment in epigenetics, cancer biology, and computational biology. We deploy cutting-edge high-throughput chromatin conformation and single-cell transcriptomic and epigenomic assays, and interact closely with Penn’s Institute for Epigenetics, Institute for Immunology, Abramson Cancer Center and Center for Personalized Medicine (https://goo.gl/2KHtfQ).

Candidates are required to hold a PhD, MD, or both. Expertise in cell and molecular biology is required. Experience in genomics and epigenomics will be viewed favorably. Training opportunities for analyzing such genome-wide data sets are available. Interested applicants should submit a CV, a statement of research interests, and 3 reference letters to faryabiLab@gmail.com.
