Requirements ：Doctor of Philosophy, D.V.M. or M.D. degree in a related field and two (2)years of related experience OR M.D. and Master’s degree. OR Master’s degree andfour (4) years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years ofrelated experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for educationrequirement.

Qualifications / Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in epidemiology, public health, biostatisticsor other healthcare related field. Additional training and experience in theapplication of epidemiological principles and practices are required, includingsurveillance, investigative techniques, implementation and control measures,and evaluation measures, and system design and implementation.
