喜报offer又双叒来了囊获巴德学院明尼苏达大学双城分校录取

offer又双叒来了！继美国文理学院伍斯特学院（$80000奖学金），纽约大学（NYU）、伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳–香槟分校（UIUC）、密西根州立大学（MSU）、纽约视觉艺术学院（SVA）的录取，嘉祥国际高中部再收获美国文理学院巴德学院（Bard College）、明尼苏达大学双城分校（U of M）的录取！

Following the admission of Worcester College (with $80000 scholarship), NYU, UIUC, MSU and SVA, there are two offers from Bard College and University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

祝贺Anna同学，获得巴德学院（Bard College）录取！

We are very proud to announce that Anna (grade12) has been accepted to the beautiful and prestigious Bard College located in Annandale-on-Hudson,  New York.

积极而友善的Anna，对公共服务充满热情。在班上排名前10％的学术成绩，让她于梦想更近一步。此外，Anna还是嘉祥辩论小组的队长，曾亲身组织辩论赛，也曾在多场辩论赛中获奖。

Anna is a wonderful student with a very positive attitude, and her academic achievements are only matched by her passion for public service. She is ranked consistently in the top 10% of her class. Furthermore, Anna is the captain of the JXFLS debate team, and has obtained numerous national and international awards in debate. Lastly, Anna is highly passionate about public service as she established the very first junior debate competition in Chengdu.

巴德学院曾受海外升学办邀请到访嘉祥国高，在宣讲活动中，Anna也曾获得与巴德学院招生官Mr. Shawn Moore面对面交谈的机会。升学办也与Anna在巴德学院的申请中进行了密切合作。

JXFLS-IHSD Counseling Office worked closely with Anna on her application process for Bard College. The most important support the counseling office has provided was inviting the admission officer of Bard  College to visit JXFLS-IHSD, where interested student had the opportunity to speak with the officer directly, creating a lasting impression.

Bard College is one of the best liberal arts colleges in theUnited   States, and it was founded in 1860. In the ranking of “Best Experience in Class” and “Best Experience Comprehensively”, the Princeton Review ranked Bard  College number one and included Bard as one of the “most valuable private schools.” Some of the top politicians and artists have graduated from Bard College. Creative laureates such as Adam Conover, Peter Sarsgaard, and Blythe Danner have all matriculated from Bard  College. Bard offers a world-class education at a beautiful and serene location.

Congratulations to Becky, a student of JXFLS-IHSD, on her acceptance to University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. 

明尼苏达大学双城分校(University of Minnesota, Twin Cities，简称U of M)是一所成立于1851年的公立大学。学校在2019年U.S.News美国大学综合排名76。该大学的卡尔森管理学院，教育与人类发展学院和法学院各自都名列前茅。本科生也可以参与学校的研究项目并获得报酬。

University of Minnesota—Twin Cities is a public institution that was founded in 1851.It’s ranking in the 2019 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, 76. The university’s Carlson School of Management, College  of Education and Human Development and law school are each ranked highly. Some university applicants will even be guaranteed the opportunity to research when they receive their acceptance letters, and undergraduate researchers are paid for their work.
