对于H1B律师给我们详解了以下一些要点:
- H-‐1B 的申请条件:
- 雇主和工作签证的雇员之间需要有合理的监管和雇工制度;
- 职位的标准达到高技能的职位的要求;
- 雇员的学历和工作经验达到高技能的职位的要求;
- 雇主提供的职位时薪或年薪需要达到劳工部同种类同地区的人工工资标准。
- H-‐1B 工作签证的申请步骤:
- 报批劳工部获得“劳工条件申请”(Labor Condition Application)
- 移民局I-‐129申请
- 补充回复移民局的问询
- 境内转身份或领事馆获得H-‐1B签证

What is CPT?
Curricular practical training (CPT) is employment pursuant to an internship requirement or internship elective which is an integral part of the established curriculum of your school, which will be counted towards completion of your degree. (From Columbia University)
F-1 nonimmigrant students participating in CPT are issued three documents that, when presented together, establish identity and employment authorization under List A for Form I-9 purposes: (USCIS, http://www.uscis.gov)
- The student’s unexpired foreign passport
- Form I-20 with the Designated School Official’s endorsement for employment on page 3
- A valid Form I-94 or I-94A indicating F-1 nonimmigrant status
- CPT Application Documents
- Bachelor transcript and degree
- Master transcript and degree
- WES evaluation report for foreign transcript and degree
- Resume
- Personal Statement
- Letters of Reference
- TOEFL or IELTS
- GRE or GMAT (optional)
- Passport, Visa, I-20
- I-94
- Bank Statement
- Employment letter
